How the HRDC Grant Works

Eligible Malaysian employers can claim this programme through the SBL-Khas scheme under HRDC. Newrise Learning Sdn Bhd is your registered Training Provider and manages the grant application on your behalf. You will receive a proforma invoice for grant submission and an official invoice upon confirmation. No upfront payment is required from employers with sufficient HRDC levy balance.

Rescheduling Policy

Date changes are accommodated with a minimum of 30 days notice at no additional charge. Cancellation within 30 days is subject to a 30% administration fee.
